Charlie’s Acres

Farm Animal Sanctuary

As part of the sanctuary’s education center, I build a 2000 sq ft community garden to serve not only as recreational space but as an opportunity for people to learn about our food system. An exhibition was added for which I designed a set of informative displays where visitors would learn about the link between animal agriculture and its dramatic impact on various aspects of our lives, including the treatment of animals, the environment, our society, personal health & fitness, etc. As there are many ways of making impactful changes, living a plant based vegan lifestyle is one of the easiest choices one can make to create positive change. Because the sanctuary attracts a broad spectrum of audience, including children and people with learning challenges, the content had to be presented in an engaging and visually thought captivating way.
